Error
Primarily for safety and security purposes, our church has had a practice of providing each of our Babies-5th grade room leaders with printed rolls of the kids checked into their room. Since our move to Rock in May 2020, there is currently no way to do this.
Fifteen minutes after each service start time we would print these rolls, which would already have separate sheets in Excel, so that we could easily print one sheet per class.
Ideally, for us, these rolls would provide:
Full name
Gender
Age / DOB
Grade
Allergy Note
Legal Note
Medical Note
Parent Phone Number
Notation if the child is there for multiple services (or what room they are in for each schedule)
