Update Giving Analytics to allow reporting by Giving Leader/Group

Finance

Currently Giving Analytics allows you to display the "Giver", "Adults", "Children", or "Family" for the contributions that match the filter criteria. This does not allow for displaying one row for each giving group and makes it difficult to then use the list to create a communication or merge document unique to each giving group. It would be helpful to add "Giving Leader" to that list of options so that if husband and wife combine their giving they would only be listed once, and those that don't would both be listed.

Along with this, it would also be helpful to have a new Lava filter similar to the FamilySalutation but be more of a GivingSalutation that only included family members that belonged to the same giving unit as the selected person. So if adults combine their giving, it would include both spouse names, but if they don't it would only include the one adult's name.

These changes would make it much easier to communicate (through email or merge documents) to each giving group from the Giving Analytics tool.
