Add Group Member Role and Attributes to Group Scheduler

Group

Group Scheduler needs to display and be filterable by the Group Member Role. It makes a difference to us if a person is listed in the group as a ‘Leader’ or as a ‘Member’, or if they are listed as one of the custom group member Roles that we have defined in our Group Types. An example of this is a role of Jr Volunteer, we need to make sure that we still schedule enough  'Adult Volunteers'.  We also need the ability to see the custom Group Member Attributes in the Scheduler because we are using the attributes for important information (such as smaller ‘teams’ within a group) that will be needed for scheduling.
