Allow congregant to edit multiple home addresses

When viewing a profile on the My Account screen, only a single (random) Home address is displayed even if that family has more than one. There is no way to see, edit, or remove the other address, or add another.  

Although it is likely rare, if a family has multiple home addresses, it would be nice if they could add/edit/remove these addresses from their profile screen.
