Ability to Use a Next Step as a Connection Placement Group

Hello,

It would be great to have the ability to Use a "Next Step" as a potential Placement Group.  For example, we have introductory connection opportunities called starting point, pathway, welcome to Lakeside, etc.  When a person is contacted about their inquiry, they could then be inserted over into a next step group and given the status "in progress."
