Allow CC and BCC to Group Leader Toolbox in Simple mode

1.12.0 Group Complete

The CC and BCC option from the Group Leader Toolbox looks to be limited to Full mode only.  Can this one line of code remove that restriction and allow for this in Simple mode as well?
