Add Placeholder Text Field to Single-Select Dropdown Form Items

Event

Very surprised this was missing from core Rock, but we need the ability to add placeholder text to single-select drop down fields when creating registration forms. For example, show the placeholder text of "Select" to instruct the user what they should do without having to add additional descriptive notes or tool tips. Additionally the placeholder text should not be a submittable value and should still be flagged as missing if a defined value isn't selected on a required field. With that said, the "Default Value" option would not make a good substitute, as it can technically be submitted. This is a very common feature on most form builders used today. I understand this can be achieved with some additional javascript, but I feel this should something built into the UI of Rock by default as it is standard practice.
