Dataview filter on Assessment items

Would like to request the filter on Assessment items on a person have an option for "Is NOT Blank". The options currently are Contains, Does not Contain and Is Blank. I am trying to create a DV to automatically mark a Step complete if a person has completed their assessments, so I need a filter to show that some assessments results are not blank.

    I was able to work around this by creating an "Any" filter on a DV and select Contains ALL of the Motivators. Motivators also does not have a last save date like DISC and Spiritual Gifts Assessments do.
