Update URL query string when Connection Board displays a request

Right now, when a request is clicked on the Connection Board, it pops up in a modal window but the URL of the page does not change. This makes it difficult to bookmark or send a link to another user. Although the community provided a workaround to add the direct link to the badge bar, I would prefer that the URL of the page updates to include the ConnectionRequestId= parameter, and of course remove that parameter when closing the modal window.
