Expose Description on Communication List Subscribe Block

12.4 Communication Complete

We use the Communication List Subscribe block in several places throughout our websites. While it generally works well, one shortcoming we have with it is that the ONLY information exposed is the name of the list itself. We'd love the ability to have a block setting that optionally shows the description of the list as well.

This would let us provide additional information about the list (its purpose, frequency, audience, etc) which would let subscribers make a more informed decision on whether to subscribe to it, or not. Today, our only option is longer, descriptive list names.... which isn't a good solution.

If this were implemented, it would also be fantastic if there were some way for us to control the layout (like, description below the name, or after it?) Such an option would affect all lists exposed in the block the same way, not a per-list option.
