Show Names of People at checkin even if rooms are closed

1.16.3 Check-in Complete

When all rooms for a specific grade/age are at capacity or closed and a person of that age/grade can not checkin, their name does not appear at Checkin or it will say no areas available for checkin.  This can be confusing for parents. They often wonder why...

I think it would be a cool idea to have still have the person appear on screen... but instead, potentially in a greyed out fashion.  Maybe have text over their name that says: All rooms closed or at capacity for this child.

In v16.3, there is a way to configure the MultiPersonSelect block's "No Option Message" with a custom message that can appear in the situation where you've configured your check-in system to show all family members -- and there is no location/schedule available for them to check into.
