Group Member Add: Option To Re-Activate Inactive Group Member Instead of Validation Warning

Allow the Group Member Detail block to allow “saving” a person into a group who has an existing member with same role, if that group member record is inactive. Present a popup block that asks if, instead of creating a duplicate record, you would like to re-activate the existing group member record of the same role (if one exists).
