The "Prevent duplicate email/SMS" checkbox is not available when creating communication from list

Communication

When starting a new communication from a list, there is no checkbox to prevent duplicate email/SMS. That checkbox in the communication entry block is only present on the first step on the block when selecting a communication list. It is not available on subsequent steps or in the simple editor. When we send out large emails, often multiple family members will have the same email address. I would like to see this option enabled/added to simple editor and on communications started from a list.
