Contribution Statements to be available in summary format or detailed format

In New Zealand there is no need to list every transaction making up the total of donations on Contribution Statements.

I suggest that the 'Available Contribution Statements' block on the Giving History page have the options:

[ 2019 YTD]  [ 2018 ]  [ 2017 ]                     List all transactions? [  yes / NO  ]  

and that maybe the Summary Report be the default.


OR - on the block settings of the Contribution Statement Lava block settings, above "Display Pledges" also provide the option for "Display transactions" [ yes/no].  But this option doesn't give a user the option to get a complete list of all transactions making up the total, which I think is still a useful thing to offer the user.


Obviously we can modify the lava in the report to cut out the transaction listing, which is easy to do, but I thought it might be valuable to offer the option for either.
