Freezing Headers in Rock

Core Complete

The headers in Rock should freeze at the top, so when you scroll down, you don't lose the header. For example in event registrations, the top bar of information and column headers should stay at the top as you scroll through the registrations. When you go to the schedule builder, the top bar listing the schedules name should stay in place so as you scroll through the check-in groups, you can still see which schedule you're clicking on. This can be used on almost every viewing "window" of Rock.
