The grid actions are right aligned currently.  When there is a larger report with larger columns or additional columns, the grid actions are hidden. In order to get access to those grid actions in a large report, the user must scroll to the bottom and locate the horizontal scroll to slide right.  After the user scrolls horizontally they will have access to see those grid actions on the top or bottom.

With a small core style change to the themes.css on line ~68 this change would make it much easier for navigating and managing larger reports.

This is the section found that would move the grid controls.

The change would give this display of the gird actions and make them more friendly for users.

I have also included an example where part of the actions are hidden, to export on this report the user would have unnecessary steps.
