Allow a choice of required contact method on Person Entry based on Communication Preference

Workflow

We create forms often that ask for first name, last name, and then communication preference. Based on which preference they choose, we show a required field of either Mobile Phone or Email. We don't want to require both email and phone, but we can't set phone and email both to optional because then we might not get a way to contact them. So for that reason we can't use the Person Entry feature.

It would be nice if we could add this to the Person Entry functionality somehow.
