Preview Assets in Asset Manager

Is it possible to preview or open an asset from the asset manager page? We add images that will be used in email campaigns into our asset manager, then pull the image into a communication template.  It would be helpful to be able to view a preview image that is larger than a thumbnail.  It would also be helpful to be able to copy the link to the asset directly from the Asset Manager page, as we will sometimes drop the image into a hardcoded template.
