Error
With the proper check-in options configured, you can have kiosk that allows entering new families at check-in. This is great for our children's services( I remember the times before this). However when you change to enter an adult the birthday field goes away. While I'm sure most adults are happy to not divulge that information( and it saves me embarrassment ) there is one issue that we run into quite often. After a family is entered, if\when an adult starts attending an adult class, age restricted, they can't check-in.
We have gotten used to dealing with this and most of our volunteers know to find a staff member to fix this, but I can't help but think that if there was at least the option to show\fill the birthdate on the adult that it could cut down on this.
My workaround currently is to leave the setting to child, fill in all information needed and then change to adult. This hides the field... but the birthday is still captured on the person you're entering.
This feature will be in v14 and should be available starting with pre-alpha release version 1.14.0.13.
