In check-in manager, when viewing the room manager page, any person that has been checked into a room will show for the entire day. For churches that have multiple services and schedules this can present an issue.

TLDR: A schedule select\filter for the room roster page might benefit many churches. Here is a quick video with a demo of what I'll describe below. 

We don't have the ability to check people out quick enough, with roughly 300-400 children leaving in a span of minutes, so we skip check-out completely in these large rooms(our babies - 5 year rooms use the checkout feature). Admittedly, this is a self-inflicted problem that we have, but it's not from lack of trying. In the end, having a way to rapidly check-out children would be the best way to go( and the most costly in terms of development) but that's not what this Idea is about.

Our solution(for now), was a few modification to the room manager page. We have added a schedule picker which filters the people you can see in the room. This gives us the ability to immediately pivot between schedules. While releasing first service children, we can at the same time receive 2nd service children into the room. Volunteers at the entrance filter by 2nd service schedule , while volunteers at the exit filter by 1st for security tag verification. Without this filter, the volunteers at the exit would constantly have to scroll through the present list of children that is being added to by the volunteers at the entrance. Since they have a different schedule the filter negates this issue.(really though, a rapid scan checkout would be awesome ;)

And since I'm just throwing out self-serving ideas.

There is one other modification we have implemented that has also made things a bit easier for us. There is an En Route that gives the ability to move children. I'm sure it has it use case, but for us it wasn't as useful and a bit cumbersome. So, we added the move button/function to the Room Roster page. While it might not be useful to all, I think a block setting that could control show/hide for this function use of this button on the Room Roster page could be a great improvement and bring much more flexibility for all the different way's that a church might use this awesome addition to Rock.
