Add Structure to Mobile Pages List

Mobile

It would be great to have an easier way to organize mobile pages as a mobile app grows. Similar to the web page, Pages, it would be very helpful to organize using parent and child hierarchy. Additionally, it would be nice to have an option to mark pages as inactive. This would come into play for pages that are geared towards specific events that occur throughout the year, so they wouldn't always be live but wouldn't be deleted either.
