Add a Campus Filter option to search results

We now have a few campuses and a campus pastor has asked for a way to filter search results to just their campus. The campus field and other field headings on the search results are not sortable and also on a mobile device are not separate columns so is hard to peruse the list for their campus. Oftentimes he just knows the last name to search by.
