Error
System communications should have an option to "Save Communication" instead of the System Email action setting that. That way, whenever a system email is sent, you can save all those instances.
This plays out with system emails sent via workflow actions. When I send emails from a workflow when it's a notification email from an action (like from a Form action) I don't see any communication history for those emails. I have the option to Save Communication History from the Email Send, but not for notification emails. Any idea how I might be able to save those kinds of communications from a workflow. It's nice to see those Form action notifications on a person's communication history!
