IsInDataview Lava Filter

1.14.1 Lava Complete

Similar to the IsInSecurityRole lava filter, this would greatly simplify checking to see if a specific person is in a specified dataview. This could even be expanded to work for any entity as long as there were logic to dynamically grab the entity type from the dataview that is specified.

For example, if dataview 1355 was configured for person entities, 15 would be the Id of the person we are checking.
