Add Hyperlink to New Communication page for SMS-enabled Phone Numbers

On the Connection Request Detail, it would greatly increase productivity if (1) SMS-enabled phone numbers were tagged with an fa-comments icon (as they are on the main person detail page) and (2) the icon were hyperlinked to take you to the New Communication page.

(We can make the second part work with a simple script added to the Post HTML section of the block, but only if the icon (or some other marker) already exists to indicate an SMS-enabled phone number. I don't see a way to get at that without forking the code-behind for the block.)
