Add Search to All Dataview and Report Dropdowns

Core Complete

There are at least two dropdowns lists that contain 50+ values admins frequently work with when building a dataview or report. Having a search bar in these dropdowns would significantly improve the speed, effectiveness, and joy of building out these objects.

The Applies To dropdown has a search box and is pleasant to work with.

The field type and the filter field drop down can get quite long (because it include attributes) but it is not searchable. Please add a search box to these drop downs as well. More broadly please consider adding the search dropdown anywhere in Rock where long dropdown lists occur.

Typing a letter or a search term once the dropdown is open only allows me to jump to an item that starts with that term.
