Workflow Type Page Updates

Now that WorkflowTypeGuid is an allowable Query String Parameter to tell the Workflow Entry block which workflow type to launch. It would be nice if on the Workflow Type editor page we had a Key:Value pair showing the Guid of the WorkflowType.

For example: https://rock.rocksolidchurchdemo.com/admin/general/workflows?workflowTypeId=21

In a similar vein it would be helpful to allow the URL to accept the WorkflowTypeGuid as well as the WorkflowTypeId as a QueryString Parameter

This would allow us to navigate straight to a workflow if we have the Guid, but don't have the TypeId when we are troubleshooting and we get sent a link to something that is broken, but we may not know specifically which workflow they are interacting with but have the URL they were interacting with.
