For Connection Board - add ability to customize what is shown on card

Connection

Currently the only real identifying information on the cards on the Connection Board is the requestor's name and photo. There are certain use cases for connections when having the ability to include additional information on this card would be extremely helpful. For example - for a use case that has people creating more than one instance of a connection opportunity ... say for a ministry event approval process. Would be very helpful to be able to include the event name (an attribute of the connection request) on the card in addition to their name.

Ideally this would be done similar to the "Connection Request Status Icons Template". Maybe a new lava template "Connection Card Template" - that had the full ConnectionRequest entity available to it ... so that we could access properties and attributes for customizing what is shown. And the default lava populated in this could be for the requestor's photo & name.
