Giving Configuration Block - Filter on Pledges

The Giving Configuration block displays all Pledges (and we have them back to 2001 in Rock) so you must scroll down through every year of Pledges (which are NOT in date order, by the way), to get to the next block. In block settings there doesn't seem to be a way to limit what Pledges show up in the block. Max Years to Display does not seem to apply to Pledges. I have it set to 3 years but still see 21 years worth of Pledges. It would be beneficial if one of these 3 solutions could be added to Rock:

1. Add a way to filter which Pledges display in the block, or
2. Add Active/Inactive to Pledges, or
3. Add Max Years to Display Pledges and have it honor the Pledge End Date
