Add Yearly Pattern to Schedule Builder

Having an additional pattern type would help for those once a year schedules such as Christmas Eve and Good Friday services. Today you have to manually add specific dates into the Schedule Builder Occurrence Pattern whenever a new "Yearly" pattern on a specific date each year would over come this limitation.
