Invalidate Cache Associated with Specific Lava Templates

When testing changes to a lava template it seems you have to clear the entire rock cache in review the changes on pages/blocks that leverage this template. This is disruptive to users and time consuming for developers.

Perhaps there could be some sort of way to only clear part of the cache that stores the lava template or force the block/page to not use the Rock cache.
