Community Post Resolved and Unresolved Visibility

Core

There are times when a question on Rocket chat will go unanswered. Sometimes this is due to the nature of the question, other times it is for reasons that could be avoided. Myself and others will often scan a channel for posts that do not have a reply started to help address unanswered questions.

There are two scenarios where a post might have a reply thread started but the individual's question has not been resolved:

1) The individual replied to themselves to include more information

2) Another community member replied to collect some more details or offer a suggestion, but resolution has not been reached

Accordingly, if there was the following in place more questions might reach resolution:

1) Provide community members with a mechanism to mark posts as resolved
2) Provide community members with a filter to view posts that unresolved
