The Following Suggestion in followed group setting can be leverage to one direction sync specific groups and their members into your following list. This is a great feature. In our case it allows specific staff (such as HR) to keep an eye on changes to demographic information that may need to be updated in other systems. The auto-follow setting is really helpful because our HR team has already indicated they always want to follow all staff members. When an individual is no longer on staff it would be great to have an option automatically unfollow these individuals via the following suggestion.
