Sync Individual Group

1.16.0 Group Complete

It would be helpful if you could run group sync for an individual group, similar to how you can now run an individual metric. Currently, you have to set the group sync and then run the sync job for every synced group in the database. Most times I've created a group with a group sync, I want to go ahead and have it sync and it takes more time than necessary to sync the whole database.

The feature would be release to pre-alpha version 1.16.0.4 which should be available around 5/19/23.
