Add IsPublic feature to Connection Opportunities

In certain scenarios it would be nice to be able to not include a Connection Opportunity on the external website, while still having it show up on the internal dashboard for staff to access. Currently ConOps only have the isActive property -- which is basically an all-or-nothing option ... show on both or hide on both. Ideally there would also be an isPublic property for ConOps (similar to Communication Lists, Groups, etc) to control when ConOps show on external page.
