View All Non-Complete Ideas in The Rock Community

As a Rock community member I want to view all non-complete ideas submitted by Rock community members so that I can more easily determine where to add my votes. As it sits I this is not possible because the status filter for ideas is a single select vs multi-select control.

    It would also be dependent upon actually marking Ideas as complete. I just went through and added some comments on my past ideas that have been "completed" but not yet marked that way. Or allow a person who submits an idea to also mark it as complete.
