Additional Options for Obsidian Account Entry Block

With the Obsidian Account Entry block, after enabling Mobile Phone as an entry field, users are also given the option to enable SMS and mark the number as unlisted. We would like 2 things with this. 1) an option to remove the unlisted field so users cannot select it and 2) an option to have SMS checked by default.

While removing unlisted as an option was not available in the original Account Entry block, SMS was checked by default.
