Include (Allow) SMS In Registrant Form Field for Person Field

Hello! Since Text messaging is becoming popular now, we're not even asking for home phone numbers anymore. So, we do usually asked for Mobile Number and would be nice to have a boolean field for Allow SMS to opt-in in the Person Field. I know I can create it as Registrant Attribute (which I am already doing) but you will have to create a workflow to update the person profile and tick that SMS. I'm thinking of more like automated since all Person Fields available in Registration Form field are automatically saved to a person profile. Plus, of course I don't have to remember to attach set the Registrant workflow every time.
