Campus Schedules need to be able to be Inactivated

The Campus Schedule table needs to have a IsActive option so we can temporarily, or even permanently inactivate a Campus Schedule. This gives you the opportunity to use the Campus Schedule in various attributes and they will always be valid.

We would use this feature for Person attributes where we can track what the person's preferred campus/service is. Another place it would be helpful is in registrations/workflows where they are registering for Baptisms or child dedications that happen during services. Currently, our only option to inactivate is to delete it, and that will cause data issues for any campusschedule id previously selected.
