Add Option for Metrics to Run Multiple Times a Day Automatically

We have spread out service times, and some campuses need numbers in the early afternoon while others need them in the evenings, so running a metric once per day does not work for us. It would be great to be able to set a metric to run either multiple specified time + dates or use something like a cron expression instead of a schedule.
