Support loading of attributes from URL for scheduled transaction

The Transaction Entry block has an option to load attribute values from URL which is a very powerful feature.  This works great and sets attribute values when a Financial Transaction is created but not when a Financial Scheduled Transaction is created.

Since this block creates one of these two entity types, it should support setting attribute values for both types.
