1.15.2 CMS Complete

Many times, we want to display all opportunities for a particular project and not allow filtering. Currently, if you deactivate all search parameters in the block configuration for sign-up finder, the block still displays just the Search and Clear buttons that you have to use CSS to hide. It would also be useful to configure a number of cards to display per page, especially when you have a lot of items for the holidays or a bevy of service project going on.
