Bring back the "Back" button on the Statement Generator

There used to be a Back button that would allow you to start over with your statement generating. Now the only way to start over is to close the app, open it, and log in every time. This is painful for churches who are still generating paper statements and need to run statements multiple times for data validation or different data views of people.
