Group Member Attribute Enhanced for Long List Rendered UI Should Use Chosen

Core

Hello! I'm working on our message archive and created a Defined Value to contain our Speakers, it does work perfectly but after migrating all of our messages, I found an issue with using a Defined Value so I shifted to creating a Group to contain the list of our Speakers. So, I created a Group Member attribute with Enhanced for Long List option and Allow Multiple Values enabled. To my surprise the Group Member attribute displayed all the group member in check box format. This will make the content channel for messages edit UI long as the group member list grows. Why can't it be like the Defined Value attribute which uses chosen when the list is rendered? Plus "enhanced for long list" kinda indicates ability to search, displaying all the items in checkbox format is not enhanced for long list.

Plus, if possible, ability to add a Group Member just like the Defined Value with Allow Adding New Values.
