Add spouse or additional payer to a registration

We think a great feature would be the ability to add a second payer to a registration. That way, a husband and wife can both see the registration(s) on their My Account pages in the Recent Registrations Sidebar block. During the registration process, they could choose whether or not they want to add one additional person (registrar). The ability to choose would hopefully avoid conflict in broken families as well.

Why? This would make it much easier for a husband and wife to see what's been payed for and what hasn't. It would also help prevent missing payments and reducing/preventing any awkward conversations.
