Allow Full Assessment results to be viewable by self from inside Rock

Core

Rock's DISC assessments have a condensed version (that shows Description/Strengths/Challenges) but also an expanded version (that shows those, plus Under Pressure, Motivation, Team Contribution, Leadership Style, and Follower Style).

Currently, when viewing assessment results from a Rock profile, rock users can see only the condensed results for their own profile (no matter their security privileges) but can see the expanded results for all other individuals.

While I'm sure there's a logic to this in some use cases (especially when viewing through the external website), there are other use cases where it would be helpful for database users to be able to see all results including their own. It seems "Un-Rock-Like" for this to be hard-coded without any capacity to adjust what specific users can see.
