Ability to Bulk Update Transactions

Currently there is no option to mass reassign:

1. Specific donations from one donor to another. Examples of needing to do this: divorce, applying transactions to the wrong Bob Jones, or when there's a Sr or Jr but it isn't clear which one and then mis-post.

2. Transactions from one Account to another.

They have to be done one at a time. It would be great to be able to bulk update more in Finance without needing to write a SQL script.
