Add Group Requirements to Group Member List Block

It would be awesome to see requirement information using the Group Member List view. It could just be the same icon pattern as online, and then detail blocks show if a member's details are opened. This mobile block is used to quickly check on the team on the move on weekends, so it would be helpful to see requirements since they are typically the reason a person cannot check in.
