Registration Payment Family Visibility

Right now, if a family member signs up for an event through registration and has leftover amount to be paid, only the event registrar can see that they still owe money. However, if a parent signs up a kid for summer camp and initially pays a downpayment, only that parent can see what's leftover to be paid. Therefore, the other parent cannot pay the remainder unless they login to their spouse's account. This would be helpful though for any kind of registration where a downpayment is made so that all family members can easily make payments as needed.
