Default the first Registrant to the Registrar when adding manually

I am adding many registrations from forms and emails where people were not registered online.   For churches that take on Rock without a payment gateway this could be a typical scenario.

When manually adding Registrations and Registrants in the back end it would seem to make sense to default the first Registrant to the Registrar.  It is easy and quicker to X it to remove the person if this is wrong, than it is to enter their name, search and select them in the majority of cases when this will be right.  This would improve the efficiency of the registrant entry process.
